Service Description
Emma's mission is to create a community for your self-discovery, growth, and wellness through her contemporary and accessible approach to Pilates. This 50-minute class is designed to activate the entire body and will leave you feeling grounded and resilient. Flowing movements will build throughout the class to empower a sense of connection and well-being. Beyond just a workout - this community provides a feel-good mindful space to unfurl and develop a richer relationship with yourself. Emma is a mat and reformer/pre+post natal certified Pilates instructor with a background in contemporary dance based in Toronto, Canada. She has been passionately teaching movement full-time to a diverse clientele for over a decade and can't wait to meet you! Location: The Nest, Kind Human Club 58 Wade Avenue Toronto *The Nest access is on the north side of the building. Open to all levels. Mats and props are provided.
